These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, mobile application, online platforms, and all healthcare services provided by Tasva Diagnostics and Multispeciality Clinics ("Tasva"). By using Tasva's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Tasva provides outpatient consultations, multispeciality consultations, laboratory investigations, diagnostic services, radiology and imaging services, preventive health check-ups, teleconsultations (where available), home sample collection (where available), and other healthcare services introduced from time to time. Availability is subject to operational feasibility.
Information provided through Tasva's digital platforms is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Diagnostic reports should always be interpreted by the treating physician in conjunction with the patient's clinical condition. Tasva does not provide emergency medical services through its digital platforms.
Patients shall provide accurate information, disclose relevant medical information, comply with clinic rules, and maintain updated contact details. Tasva may refuse or suspend services where false information is provided or unlawful or unsafe conduct occurs.
Patients must truthfully disclose all relevant information including pregnancy, implants, pacemakers, allergies, medications, surgeries, infectious diseases, claustrophobia, reactions to contrast media, and any metallic or electronic objects that may affect safety or investigations. Tasva is entitled to rely upon such disclosures.
Patients shall comply with all safety instructions, wear prescribed attire, remove prohibited items, follow fasting and medication instructions, and avoid entering restricted areas without authorisation. Non-compliance may result in postponement or cancellation of procedures.
Appointments are subject to availability. Tasva may reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational or medical reasons. Refunds and rescheduling shall be governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Patients must follow all preparation instructions. Tasva may reject unsuitable samples. Reports are based on available information and require clinical correlation.
Applicable fees shall be payable in accordance with Tasva's prevailing tariff. Outstanding dues may result in withholding of reports where legally permissible.
Personal information shall be processed in accordance with Tasva's Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials remain the property of Tasva or its licensors.
Tasva may engage independent service providers for facilitating healthcare services.
Tasva shall not be responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for consequences directly arising from false disclosures, concealment of material facts, or failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing excludes non-excludable legal duties.
Where damage to equipment or property is directly attributable to a patient's wilful misconduct, negligence, unauthorised handling, concealment of prohibited items, or failure to follow safety instructions, the patient or legal guardian shall indemnify Tasva for repair, replacement, recalibration, downtime, and legal costs.
To the extent permitted by law, Tasva excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its digital platforms, third-party failures, force majeure, or inaccurate patient information.
Patients shall indemnify Tasva against claims arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of services, violation of law, or inaccurate information supplied.
Tasva shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Tasva may amend these Terms from time to time by publishing updated versions.
Tasva may suspend or terminate services for breach, fraud, safety concerns, or legal requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over Tasva's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
